18 passengers have been confirmed dead in a fatal accident that occurred along onitsha-owerri road, last friday. still trying to find out what happened but i got a pic which is very gory..pls viewer discretion is advised.

UPDATE:

According to the Sector Commander of the FRSC, Mr. Hyginus Omeje, the accident occurred when an articulated vehicle coming from Owerri lost control and ran into three vehicles waiting for another articulated vehicle, making a U- turn opposite the police station at Ihiala.

Omeje stated that two of the affected vehicles were fully loaded passenger buses belonging to the Rivers Transport Company and the other vehicle was a Honda saloon car.
