The construction of a world class mall to replace falomo shopping complex has commenced. The project is a combined effort of Tony Elumelu's heirs holdings and Lagos state development and property corporation(LSDPC).
Former tenants of the complex like flower plus, hush puppies etc have all vacated the premises. A considerable portion of the complex has gone down, making way for the new structure.
The new mall will boast of offices,residential apartments,parking space and much more. The construction is being funded by Tony's company,Heirs holdings.
