Embattled fraudster, Fred Ajudua has been slammed again with a cold hand in court after presiding Justice Kudirat Jose, Monday turned down his bail application.
Ajudua, Who is currently on trial for allegedly defrauding two Dutch businessmen of $1.69 million is also embroiled in another case for defrauding former Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Ishaya Bamaiyi, of about $8.395m.(this guy is a scam don!...as in.....the Napoleon of Fraud).
Justice kudirat revealed from the medical reports attached to the bail application, which were issued by the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), it was evident that Ajudua was not a very healthy man.The judge said Ajudua was admitted at LUTH on 3 August 3, 2013 and was treated for hypertension, traumatic haematuria and enlarged prostrate gland which arose from having only one kidney.
The Dangerous Ajudua will be re-arraigned 28 April 2014 for commencement of trial but for now he will still be chillin at the kirikiri maximum prisons.
