Wazobia FM 95.1 OAP, OPJ(real names, Pius-opute Junior) was arrested on May 12 at around 8pm for urinating in a public drainage and resisting arrest.This happened at Marwa bus stop, lekki.The 54 year old radio journalist was arraigned yesterday, Tuesday may 19th, before a Tinubu magistrate high court in Lagos.
OPJ pleaded not guilty to the charges of 'urinating in a drainage' and 'resisting arrest'.The presiding judge, Mrs. Olaitan Ajayi set his bail at N20,000 and adjourned the case to June 18th.
