A Fire outbreak occurred at the headquarters of Thenews and PMnews, two popular news publishers in Nigeria.
The fire started at about 6:30 pm on wednesday evening, it reportedly consumed the last floor of the two story building in acme road, lagos.
According too an employee of Thenews who spoke on condition of anonymity, stated that Inferno was caused by a power surge and no lives were lost.
"The fire destroyed all the equipment and property on the affected floor,the voltage was very high and some employees forgot to switch off their appliances"he said.
