They were alleged to have gang-raped the girl with two others who are on the run at 4, Adeyemo Street, Kirikiri town, Lagos State.
They allegedly took the victim to a house where they had sex with her in turns.
The police arrested two of the suspects, Vincent Ibediagu, 25 and Ebuka Eneh, 23, while the others escaped.

They were charged before the court on a two-count charge of having unlawful carnal knowledge and rape.
The prosecutor, Mr. Friday Inedu told the court that the offence was contrary to Sections 409 and 258 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011.
It was gathered that the accused lured the victim to a room in Kirikiri town and asked her to remove her pant and was raped. The matter came to the open when their neighbour discovered what they were doing and alerted others who forced the door open.
Ibediagu and Eneh were arrested and handed over to the police, while two escaped.
They pleaded not guilty to the charge and the presiding magistrate, Mr. H.O.A. Amos granted them bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
They were however remanded in prison custody at the Kirikiri Prisons pending the perfection of the conditions attached to their bail.
