13 christians have been killed in a compound in Kano by gunmen suspected to be members of the the dreaded Boko Haram sect.All of them were factory workers that resided at Sheka, Sharada Phase 111 in Kumbotso Local Government Area of the state.
According to eyewitness reports,The terrorists attacked the factory workers during the weekend and killed all the men except the women and children.
The Gunmen reportedly stormed the residence that fateful saturday at about 7 p.m, they came in two taxi cabs, with carefully concealed weapons, they made their way into the compound where only christians resided.
They repeatedly asked the occupants of the compound why they were not part of the 7'o clock Muslim prayer, some of the occupants then replied that they were Christians so they could not be part of a Muslim devotion.
It was at that point, the assassins brought out their weapons, separated the men from the women and children, and shot all 13 men dead on the spot.
