Shamed Olympic blade runner, Oscar Pistorius is the cover picture for this month's edition of Time magazine. Oscar was charged for murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's day. he was released on $112,000 bail.

In the issue, the Olympian featured  in a story titled "Oscar Pistorious and South Africa's Culture of Violence" by Alex Perry, where he shared the 'truth' about the murder incident.
