Rick Ross has proposed to his long time girlfriend,Shateria L. Moragne-el with a stunning $500,000 diamond engagement ring...The 37 year old has decided that Shateria is the woman he would want to spend the rest of his life with.

Rick proposed on May 5 and she accepted! Shateria was present when Rick was chased by a gunman who was shooting at his car last January.
