The governor Of Lagos who was under fire for deporting some ibo destitutes from the state has struck again! according to reports reaching me, He has freshly deported 46 destitutes and 2 children to Osun state.
Receiving the destitute at the National Youth Development Centre, Ode-Omu, yesterday, the Special Adviser to Governor Rauf Aregbesola on Youths, Sports and Special Needs, Hon. Biyi Odunlade said that the state government has no option than to take care of its citizens in any part of the country.
Odunlade further revealed that only 26 out of the 46 deportees were genuine indigenes of Osun. About 150 destitutes have been repatriated to the state from Lagos, Oyo and other places since the current administration came on board.
