Shortly after Kanye proposed to kim recently, another big celebrity hookup has occurred...rapper, Future has gotten down on one knee to propose to his beautiful girlfriend, Ciara.

28 year old singer Ciara got the surprise proposal from her 29 year old rapper-producer boyfriend Future on her birthday. He proposed to her with a 15 carat diamond ring.

...no wonder she was gushing all over twitter...big congrats to them!
