Y'all remember I reported that actress, Kate Henshaw tweeted about narrowly escaping an accident with a BRT bus...well, the company in charge of taking care of the buses, LAGBUS has apologized to her.

They asked her to send full details of the whole incident which she did.

Now that's how things are supposed to be done.
