A 500 level student of Department of Aquaculture and Fisheries Management, University of Ibadan was found dead on 19th february 2014 at her sister's home in Gbagi, Ibadan.
27 year old Taiwo omolara Shittu was found by her sister, half naked in a pool of blood with her pants down to her ankle, a deep matchete cut on her head and a blood stained cutlass beside the bed.
The gardener, a man in his late 30's has been arrested by the police because it was his cutlass that was found beside her bed. he is being detained at the Alakia Adenubi police station in Ibadan. He denied committing the abominable act.
