'Lighters up' crooner, 39 year old lil Kim has given birth to a bouncing baby girl. The singer gave birth around 9:58 a.m. Monday morning, Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. She named the child royal reign....*weird*.

This is her first child with longtime rapper boo, papers.
