This is the scene of the suicide bombing that occurred along Zoo Road near Shoprite Kano yesterday 28.07.2014 at about 1:40pm.

The suicide bomber was unable to reach her target point due to heavy security cordon mounted by the police around the city. The sucide bomber managed to detonate the bomb with minimal fatality, killing herself only and injuring 6 others.
