Wives of Slain Soldiers yet to receive gratuity payments

         

The wives of late military officers who are yet to collect their gratuities have appealed to the FG to pay them so that they could fend for their families.

The widows stated their plight when the Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA) donated food items to widows and wives of soldiers at the Ribadu Military Cantonment, Kaduna, North West Nigeria.
President of the association and wife of the Chief of Army Staff, Mrs. Felly Minimah, who led other executive members to make the donation at the Ribadu Military Cantonment, Kaduna, stressed the need for the payment of entitlements of deceased soldiers and officers as this will encourage the serving ones to be dedicated to their duties.
