Students of OOU are currently protesting in the state demanding a reduction in their school fees.The students have blocked and barricaded the presidential boulevard, a route leading to the Governor Ibikunle Amosun's office, adding that they will not leave until the Governor addresses them in the matter.
Ibikunle had initialy announced a reduction in the fees starting from the next academic session but the students say its still to high and that it should be reduced further, effective from the present academic session.
