Chinua achebe's Body arrives Nigeria tomorrow, burial to gulp N30 million

The body of  late father of African literature and Playwright,Chinua Achebe is expected to arrive the shores of Nigeria tomorrow from the US.

His burial is expected to take place at the St. Philip’s Anglican Church, Anambra state on May 23.According to a statement made by Governor Peter Obi, Achebe's Burial would gulp about N30 million.He also added that the event was in the spirit of collaboration between the church and the government of Anambra State.

Achebe's body will arrive Abuja tomorrow from where it will be coveyed to his hometown,Ogidi, Anambra state, which will serve as his final resting place.
