I hope you all know that,Intercontinental hotel and resort, Nigeria's first 5 star hotel and the tallest in Africa was launched recently,precisely on Sunday september 29th 2013, you might wonder what's so special about this hotel...well wait and read what i found out..

This architectural masterpiece boasts of 358 rooms, 37 suites including a presidential suite, seven meeting rooms, seven restaurants and bars and a 1,000-seater ballroom.it's construction allegedly gulped over N30b.Owned by Ramesh Valechha-led Milan Group, it was designed by a Nigerian architect, Bayo Odunlami.

Types of room and price for each night

Standard room - N75,000

Single bed deluxe room - N83,200

A bedroom deluxe Suite - N277,000

Executive Ambassador Suite - N316,000

Presidential Suite - N640,000

  3. abi o , this same size hotel with the same deco in US are not this expensive, Hilton and even nicer hotels in Vegas are cheaper so what's the big deal....Nonsense. Do we need to go bankrupt cos of hotel...

  4. i went for women's confrence in my church and we paid $80.00 a nite bucks for this kind of hotel. Wetin hotel to be precise.
