X-factor Judge, Simon Cowell is officially a father! Simon's girlfriend, Lauren Silverman gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, who they named Eric.

He was born exactly 5:45 pm yesterday. He is Simon's first son and silverman's second.

Congrats to them.
