US comedian, Tracy Morgan is back on his feet! The funny man who had a near fatal accident in June was pictured walking through Midtown Manhattan with the help of a walker. He was accompanied by his fiancee,Megam wollover, their one year old daughter,Maven and a caregiver.
Morgan and his friends,Ardley Fuqua,James mcnair, Jeffrey and Krista Millea were passengers in his Mercedes Limo van moving along the new jersey turnpike when they were hit by a Walmart truck driven by a Kevin roper on June 7th 2014. See more...
Ardley, Morgan and the Milleas sustained serious Injuries while Mcnair lost his life. The driver, Kevin is facing charges of death by auto and assault by auto. He pled not guilty. It was discovered that roper slept off behind the wheel before the accident. Futher investigations showed that he had not slept for 24hrs before the unfortunate incident.
Morgan has reportedly filed a lawsuit against walmart on the ground of negligence. The suit claims the retail giant should have known that its driver had been awake for over 24 hours and that his commute of 700 miles from his home in Georgia to work in Delaware was 'unreasonable.'
